RETOURE:

Please note, once the fabric is cut it can not be returned. So please order a swatch sample, when you are unsure, before you buy a bigger amount. Only trims, applications and accessoires, that has not to be cut, can be returned.
We check each order carefully so that you will be happy with your purchase.

If there is something wrong with the item and this was our mistake, we will offer you a refund or resend the item.
Your order is accepted by you if we don't hear anything from you within 14 days after you have received it.
If your package will be returned back, because it is unclaimed, your order can't be cancelled.
