WHAT MEASUREMENTS ARE REQUIRED?
Your unique measurements are the most important part of the process. These measurements will be needed to begin work on your garment.
• BUST (Around the fullest part of the chest, including breast)
• WAIST (Around the narrowest part of the waist)
• HIPS (Around the fullest part, several measurements can be taken, the largest measurement will be used)
• HEIGHT
• HEEL HEIGHT
• BICEP (For sleeved designs)
• FRONT AND SIDE PROFILE PHOTOS
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CUSTOMIZE OR REPLICATE A DESIGN?
Customization of design, color, fabrics, beading and embroidery will require a longer time frame.

Depending on specific design and style, inspiration may be provided. Price range will be same as of original inspiration.
ARE ALTERATIONS PROVIDED AFTER GARMENT IS COMPLETED?
Minor alterations may be needed after the final fitting, and those are usually included in the service. Significant changes may incur additional costs.

All our products are sent via UPS/FedEx and DHL from Germany. We provide trackingnumber.
ORDERPROCESS:
INFO: These dresses are made to measure. As soon as you have ordered the size, please let us know your measurements. The dress will then be made to your measurements. The process takes approx. 8-10 weeks.
RETOURE:
Please note: Dresses that are made to measure cannot be returned or exchanged as we have them made to your personal measurements.
If your package will be returned back, because it is unclaimed, your order can't be cancelled.
