All orders (except the samples orders) will be shipped with a tracking number.

All our products are sent via UPS/FedEx and DHL from Germany. We provide trackingnumber and insurance up to 510€.

RETOURE:

Please note, once the fabric is cut it can not be returned. So please order a fabric sample, when you are unsure, before you buy a bigger amount. Only trims, applications and accessoires, that has not to be cut, can be returned within 14
days.

We check each order carefully so that you will be happy with your purchase.

If there is something wrong with the item and this was our mistake, we will offer you a refund or resend the item.

Your order is accepted by you if we don't hear anything from you within 14 daysafter you have received it.

If your package will be returned back, because it is unclaimed, your order can't be cancelled.

Please note, if something is missing in your package after you have received it, we always need a photo of the original package and packing list, which was used for shipping you rorder. This include the weight and
only based on this Information we can check if there was something missing and resend or make you a refund. 

If you cannot provide us any photos of the original package, we are not able to give you any refund or resend the items.
