Please note that once the fabrics have been cut for you, they can no longer be returned. Only trims and appliqués that are not cut especially for you can be returned.

If there is something wrong with the item and it was our mistake, we will offer you a refund or resend the item.
Your order will be accepted by you if we do not hear from you within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

If your parcel is returned because it was undeliverable or not picked up at the post office, your order can no longer be cancelled.

If something is missing from your parcel after you have received it,
we always need a photo of the original packaging and the packing list
that you used for the shipment. This includes the weight.
Only with this information can we check whether something was missing from the parcel and arrange a reshipment or refund.
If you cannot provide us with photos of the original parcel, we will not be able to refund or resend the items.
